Always liked Zevon and the "get out of his own way" description of both Warren and Kyle is bang on. I couldn't help but apply that to Tony Stewart just a few short years ago too - although I think he is not hindering himself nearly as much anymore. Which draws us to ask another question; "If Kyle does get out of his own way, will he still have the fire and desire to perform as well as he does now?" Good comparison Jerry. Like Busch, Zevon was very much his own worst enemy for most of his career. His wife's book, "I'll Sleep When I'm Dead," is a harrowing but fascinating read about a life spent in self-absorption, addiction and mental illness. And he achieved some of his finest artistic moments when it was essentially too late. Let's hope that Busch can straighten out some of his issues while he's young enough to drive and succeed.
