I left a comment on Daly’s blog one time about some changes to one of my favorite post-race shows on Speed that I disagreed with. I got an email message the next day from the new host of that show (via his Blackberry) stating that if I didn’t like the changes, I should talk with Speed’s programming director. Needless to say, I didn’t leave any more comments over there.

I would have blamed Digger, but he wasn’t around yet, at least not to the degree he is now.

I realize Jerry’s done quite a bit to defend the guys for whom he formerly blogged. And I probably shouldn’t kick one of John Daly’s arguments when it’s already down, but…

Brandon Worley (different Brandon though Jerry did offer to put in a kind word on my behalf to the powers that be at SBN) started up the Dallas Stars blog, Defending Big D, about a month ago and is already in the top 20 NHL blogs and top 200 sports blogs. Safe to say that without the name recognition of SBN, that would not have been possible.

In case a couple of you did not catch my sarcasm re: Blogger. In Mistah Daly’s “Final” post he thanked his people, editors, etc… for the endless hours of work on his “website”.
How much work does it take to post a blog on Blogger. PULEEZE!

Sorry I called you almosta Man Marc. I will never, ever make that mistake again.

I am convinced that no one actually reads comments or blogs. See JB’s Post today about the Blog Fight and the comment by “Gator” on The Dude’s previous page.
Why don’t we all just for one day…all together, write nothing but:
Danika, Brittany,Dale Jr, Octuplets, over and over on the post and see how many hits we get. And we can also mispell the names too, and Google will still send ‘em our way! Google speaks typoneese well.
…Which I am afraid, is a good thing for me.

Isn’t John Daly a professional golfer?

Man, I saw him take what should have been a simple chip (for a pro), bust out his lob wedge, and totally drop it an inch from the pin for a slow roll in. OK, he was showing off and out of contention at the time, but damn it was still a nice shot nonetheless.
